6118. All holiday accommodation will be ready for occupancy by 3.30pm and keys ready for collection by 3.00pm from our offi ce unless notifi ed to the contrary by Home from Home. You are requested to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure and return the keys to our offi ce by 10.30am (latest). During your stay, the keys to your holiday accommodation are your responsibility. Any costs incurred through loss, damage, loss of access to the property as a result of lost keys or keys not being returned to their original collection point will be charged to you in full. 19. Wi-Fi/Broadband - where the Internet is provided/supplied, it is provided in good faith and may from time to time be subject to loss of connection or malfunction. Home from Home will not accept any liability or responsibility if for any reason the service is not available or not functioning. 20. When using Wi-Fi at any of the cottages where it is provided, the visitor is responsible for any data/information downloaded during the dates of their stay.21. TV and mobile reception vary considerably in this area and reception is dependent on weather conditions.22. Each property description lists the facilities, white goods and appliances available. It is the visitor's responsibility to ensure the property selected has the required facilities. Cot HireWe have a limited number of travel cots and high chairs that can be hired on a fi rst come fi rst served basis (booked in advance). These can be hired at a charge of £15 per item per week. They must be collected from our offi ce on arrival and returned to the offi ce on departure. Please contact the offi ce for further details. Your Holiday HomeWhen you arrive at your holiday destination, aided by our full road directions which are sent to you on receipt of your fi nal payment, you will fi nd a well-equipped self-contained property, complete with all furnishings, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and bedding (as advertised) necessary for your family party. Unless stated to the contrary within the brochure description, most (but not all) properties provide linen and towels. It is the visitor's responsibility to read the relevant property description carefully before booking. Tea towels and beach towels are not provided as standard so please bring your own. Linen must not be removed from the property for any reason. 1. We ask all clients (the property owners) to make available in a prominent position, all necessary information to assist you during your stay, including instructions for electrical equipment, names and addresses of local doctors, dentists and hospitals, refuse collection times, and any other pertinent details. 2. Also, an inventory of contents should be present, for you to check, for your own peace of mind - please report all shortages upon arrival, and any breakages during your stay, so that the party following you will not be inconvenienced. 3. All our properties are cleaned between lettings, but we should be obliged to hear of any shortcomings during your holiday, in order to rectify any problems. LinenHome from Home now offers a limited hire service for bed linen. Details on request.Cancellation Scheme Self-catering accommodation is generally booked in advance, and if cancelled, especially at short notice, is diffi cult to re-let. We must hold visitors liable for all rentals due, should a cancellation arise. The scheme is extended to each booking made with Home from Home (Wales) Ltd. Cancellation within the scheme must be informed by telephone and confi rmed in writing. Acceptance of claims will be made in writing and eight weeks should be allowed for settlement. Please note that claims under this cancellation scheme must be made before the commencement of the holiday. Cancellations not covered by the schemeWe shall do our best to re-let your holiday property if you fi nd it necessary to cancel your holiday. But do please bear in mind Conditions of Hire No.14. If we are successful, we shall return all monies paid less 15% administration charge. 1. Bookings from customers resident outside the UK. 2. Any recurring or continuing illness or condition and pre-existing medical condition or injuries known about at the time of booking. 3. Pregnancy or giving birth when the expected date of birth is within six weeks of the commencement of your holiday. 4. Suicide or attempted suicide. 5. Drug addiction or alcoholism. 6. Travelling against medical advice. 7. Certain hazardous sports or pastimes including motor sports, climbing and board sports. 8. Divorce, separation or personal relationship breakdown.
