20 bauder. ie BAUDER TOTAL ROOF SYSTEM FOR GREEN ROOFS Throughout Europe, the standards most widely recognised by the industry that specifically relate to green roofs are those of the independent German Forschungsgellschaft Landscaftsentwicklung Landschfttsbau ( FLL). The standards incorporate a test for root resistance and Bauder has adopted this to ensure that our green roof waterproofing cap sheets are completely suitable and root resistant. BTRS ROOTBAR The BTRS system with the Rootbar cap sheet is specified for intensive green roofs where trees are sited either on the roof or close by, or on ground level constructions where a robust and heavy duty solution is required. The Rootbar cap sheet is tested to FLL standards, whilst also complying with BS EN13707: 2004. The system is equally suited to either new build or refurbishment. BTRS PLANT E This version of the BTRS system utilises our Plant E root resistant cap sheet, which incorporates chemically treated elastomeric bitumen for a robust green roof waterproofing solution. It can be specified in systems for biodiverse, extensive and intensive green roofs. The Plant E cap sheet is tested to FLL standards, whilst also complying with BS EN13707: 2004. The system is equally suited to either new build or refurbishment. Bauder Plant- E Cap Sheet superior performance polyester re- inforced, root resistant SBS modified elastomeric bitumen cap sheet to FLL standard. Bauder G4E Underlayer SBS elastomeric underlayer, reinforced with 200g/ m2 woven glass fibre which ensures an extremely high tensile strength of greater than 1200N/ 50 mm BauderPIR Flatboard Insulation is highly thermally efficient, lightweight, fire resistant and zero ODP rated. The insulation has mineralised glass fibre facings on both sides to enable it to receive the torch- applied underlayer. As an alternative, BauderPIR Tapered Insulation can be used to provide improved drainage falls. Bonded to the vapour barrier in hot bitumen or with Bauder insulation adhesive. Bauder VB4- Expal Vapour Barrier is a heavy- duty torch- applied elastomeric bitumen membrane incorporating tear resistant aluminium lining to ensure complete impermeability against water vapour. Bauder Rootbar Cap Sheet superior performance, copper- cored, root resistant, SBS modified elastomeric bitumen capping sheet to FLL standard. Bauder K5E Underlayer SBS elastomeric underlayer, reinforced with a high tensile 250 gsm polyester fleece.
